'La Mexicana Mates' rewards program - Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the La Mexicana Rewards Program ("Rewards Program") offered by Taqueria y Tortilleria La Mexicana ("La Mexicana"). By participating in the Rewards Program, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1.2. The Rewards Program is available to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria set forth in these Terms. La Mexicana reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program at its discretion.

2. Eligibility

2.1. To be eligible to participate in the Rewards Program, you must:

Be a legal resident of New Zealand.
Be at least 18 years old.
Sign up for the program using your name, phone number, and email address.

3. Earning Points

3.1. Members of the Rewards Program earn one (1) point for every New Zealand dollar spent on eligible purchases at La Mexicana.

3.2. Points are awarded based on the total purchase amount, excluding taxes, tips, and any other non-eligible charges.

3.3. Points will be credited to your Rewards Program account within 12 hours after the eligible purchase.

4. Redemption of Points

4.1. Accumulated points can be redeemed only in person at La Mexicana's physical location.

4.2. Points cannot be transferred to another person's account.

4.3. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of payment.

5. Account Management

5.1. Members are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in their Rewards Program account, including name, phone number, and email address. La Mexicana is not responsible for any incorrect information provided.

5.2. Members are encouraged to protect their account information and report any unauthorized access or use of their account immediately to La Mexicana.

6. Termination

6.1. La Mexicana reserves the right to terminate a member's participation in the Rewards Program at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms.

7. Privacy

7.1. By participating in the Rewards Program, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with La Mexicana's Privacy Policy, which can be accessed on the La Mexicana website.

8. Changes to Terms and Program

8.1. La Mexicana reserves the right to modify these Terms, the Rewards Program, or any aspect of the program, including point accumulation and redemption rules, with or without notice.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

By signing up for the La Mexicana Rewards Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
