La Mexicana opened its doors in Milford in August 2021, just before the second COVID-19 lockdown in Auckland. Despite the challenges, we remain committed to offering the best tacos not only in the North Shore but in the entire country. We make all our food from scratch, including our corn tortillas, using 100% nixtamalized corn. Our mission is to bring the authentic taste of Mexico to Auckland, and we're passionate about delivering fresh, delicious food to our customers.
Our Tortilleria
In addition to our restaurant, we also have a tortilleria where we sell tortillas to customers for them to cook at home. Our tortillas are made fresh daily, using the same traditional methods and high-quality ingredients as we use in our restaurant. Come by and grab a bag of tortillas to take home!

If you're looking for the best tacos in town, look no further than La Mexicana Milford. We're located at 13 Shakespeare Road, and we're open from 5pm - 9pm Tuesday to Thursday, Friday 5pm - 10pm, Saturday and Sunday 12pm - 9pm.
