We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our food items, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Eligible cases for a refund or replacement:

• Product arrives damaged or spoiled

• Incorrect items received

• Packaging tampered with or opened upon arrival

Conditions:

• Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

• Photo evidence of the issue is required for verification.

• We do not accept returns of perishable goods due to food safety regulations.
